Deletion/Moderation of posts.

It is the policy of this forum to have as much of a hands off attitude as possible when deleting or moderating posts. Generally speaking, the only time a post will be deleted is when the author or originator of a post or thread requests its deletion. I am very much against censorship, even when it may reveal the ugly in myself. But at the same time, it may become necessary when a poster is trying to cloud an issue or bury error in words.

Also, as a general practice, the only time which posts may be split is when someone requests a new topic to be created due to a point raised or when the leadership of the forum deems that a post is worthy of a thread of it's own. Generally speaking, it will only be done in a totally complimentary way.
